Opening Positions:

Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

  • To prepare Pre & Post contract works includes taking off, preparation of Bills of Quantities
  • Liaise with consultant and contractor and attending meeting
  • Assist in project monitoring, scheduling and planning, management, costing and technical details
  • Oversee project operations between site and office and assist in quality control and material usage
  • Monitor project progress and ensure smooth and timely delivery of projects
  • Evaluate and verify sub-contractor’s claim against actual completion on site
  • Evaluation of costs including alternative products to achieve the most competitive price
  • Ensure and prepare project budget – monitor & updates construction costs and variation orders are within project budget
  • Maximizing the resource efficiency through procurement of materials and equipment
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least 3 years of working experience in Quantity Surveying field
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying. Experienced candidates without the necessary qualification are encouraged to apply
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated and responsible
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels in the Company
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin, Malay and/or other local dialect
  • Possess own transport

Sales & Marketing Assistant / Executive

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and conduct advertising and other marketing activities
  • To be aware of and conduct market survey on current property developments in the market
  • Coordinate with sales team on marketing activities needs and implement marketing strategies
  • To assist sales team in sales & marketing events/ campaign
  • Liaise with & obtain quotations on external marketing vendors
  • Keep record on company marketing material & equipment
  • To manage the Company’s social media accounts
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least 1 year of working experience in property industry. Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Marketing/ Real Estate Management/ Property Management or equivalent. Experienced candidates without the necessary qualification are encouraged to apply
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated and responsible
  • Good communication skills and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin, Malay and/or other local dialect
  • Possess own transport
  • Preferable Chinese

Assistant Manager/ Personal Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in all confidential matters.
  • To ensure all proposal initiatives under Manager are delivered as is required.
  • To attend the meeting with Manager as and when required.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills due to the nature of the job requiring you to meet and engage with people
  • Must prosess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post- Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Marketing & equivalent
  • Preferably with accounting experience
  • Preferably senior executive specialized in sales.
  • At least years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Pleasant personality & good communication skills
